Self construction is an invitation for artists to explore the concept of identity.The predominance of social media platforms has created a disembodied space for our self presentation unique to the internet age. This version of ourselves is limited to a screen, often a compilation of images and words that are specifically constructed for an audience. How does this outside version of yourself interact with your embodied self? Who is the person you see reflected back at you?
